Ambiguity is not a standard contest. There are role-playing elements, no eliminations, and your submissions may affect other participants. As such, much of the contest will be conducted through PMs to preserve narrative secrecy. I would ask that each player not talk about the contents of what they receive unless I tell them otherwise.

Each round will end on Saturday, at 4PM MST. Submissions should be posted to the thread, and I will post comments at the end of the round. PMs containing the next round's piece of story and criteria will be sent sometime during Monday evening, depending. Rest assured, this will not be as intensive as a Chopped round. If you cannot make a submission for a given round due to whatever reason, that is alright, you will have merely missed a chance to influence things that one time. If you decide on a choice before the deadline but not a card, simply PM your choice.

For the first round, please post if you want to participate, and I will send you a PM containing the setting. After choosing a profession, you are offered a choice. Depending on what you choose, you will submit a card based on one of the two criteria. If you don't have time to come up with a card, please just tell me which choice you make. Please PM me your profession and choice, and post the card in thread. Signups and this round end on June 22nd, at 4PM MST.
